If you wish to apply for a place for your child at Fitzjohn's (in Nursery, Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Y5 or Y6), you will need to complete an application form, available from the school office or use the link below. Proof of identity such as a passport of birth certificate for the child and proof of address for the parent must be available when the admission forms are returned to the school.

Applications for Reception places must be made through Camden LA.
